The comment period on the Draft NCP Report begins on March 14, 2021 and ends on May 15, 2021. Anyone wishing to submit comments may do so at any time during the comment period. Comments on the Draft NCP can be submitted online (by 5:00 PM Eastern on May 15, 2021) at http://www.fllpart150.com/comments/ or mailed to (postmarked by May 15, 2021):
